Application Support
Firstly we will help you make the right decision regarding course and University choice.
Whether this is through a meeting with our Academic Director or by arranging sessions with tutors from Oxford and/or Cambridge in your considered subject areas. We will help you come to an informed conclusion on one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
You will receive a full introduction to your Programme by your Programme Manager, along with your tutor, Form Mentor and our Academic Director. Throughout your time with us, they will be here to help.
1-1 TMUA Tutoring
Through guided 1-1 sessions with an expert TMUA tutor, you will gain a deeper understanding of both sections of the TMUA to ensure you know exactly how to tackle it.
Each session is structured around your needs and expectations, so you will be able to come out of each session closer to achieving TMUA success.

Comprehensive TMUA Materials

Our full-day, intensive TMUA course covers each section of the test and details advanced exam techniques to help you prepare effectively for the test. The course is run by a TMUA expert who provides comprehensive guidance on how to approach everything in the test to ensure you get a great score.
Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to ask your expert tutor questions and participate in activities alongside your classmates.

STEM Enrichment Seminars
To assist in your wider reading, which is an essential part of the Cambridge application process, we have developed our unique Enrichment Seminars.
These sessions cover a wide range of extra-curricular STEM topics that go beyond what is commonly taught in your classes. The goal of these sessions is to give you the edge in your application and assist you in making an impression on the admissions team.
Develop a deeper understanding of your subject and go beyond your curriculum, as you would at Cambridge.
Forms Group & Mentoring
Upon enrollment, you will be placed in a subject-specific group led by a Form Mentor. The mentor will hold regular meetings every two weeks to offer guidance and support to your group, including tips for the general application process and how to best utilize available resources. If extra help is needed throughout the program, you can schedule an unlimited amount of 1-1 mentoring sessions with your Form Mentor to ensure you are maximizing the program’s resources and increasing your chances of success in the application process.
You’ll join your STEM Academic Head’s form group for guidance and unlimited mentoring sessions.
Personalised Portal
As the hub of your programme, the UniAdmissions Portal is designed as an all-in-one platform that is customised to suit your needs and provide you access to all of your support and resources.

What's the difference between the TMUA Tutoring Programme and the Oxbridge Premium Programme?
The TMUA Tutoring Programme focuses entirely on preparation for the TMUA exam. This entails one-to-one tuition, a place on the TMUA course, revision resources and more. This Programme is designed for students who are highly confident will all other areas of their application, such as the Personal Statement and interview.
Our Oxbridge Economics and Oxbridge Computer Science Programmes are more comprehensive programmes of support, including preparation for the Personal Statement and Interviews. You get extra support such as mock interviews, Personal Statement redrafts and additional one-to-one tutoring hours.
How many students do you work with each year?
We work with a maximum of 500 students each year across all of our Programmes to ensure we can provide the best support suited for their particular needs. We also abide by a selective criteria to the students that we work with.
Our Programmes have a structured syllabus, however, we tweak elements of the syllabus so the student is able to gain the most out of our support.
How are my TMUA tutoring sessions arranged?
You can book your tutoring sessions through your UniAdmissions Portal. The Portal is the central point of your Programme and will contain all of your TMUA resources, seminar access and lots of useful information.
No other TMUA tuition provider has a system close to the UniAdmissions Portal!
Who has to sit the TMUA?
The TMUA is sat by applicants at ten universities in the UK, including the University of Cambridge. For most, the TMUA is not compulsory, but applicants at Cambridge will need to submit their results. You can learn more about the test in our TMUA Guide.
Who are your TMUA tutors?
Every TMUA tutor at UniAdmissions is carefully vetted by our team. You will only ever be matched with experienced, highly knowledgeable tutors who are truly experts in the TMUA.
If you are ever unhappy with your tutor (an unlikely occurrence), then your dedicated Programme Manager will arrange a better-suited tutor for you.
Why shouldn't I just book a TMUA course instead of a Programme?
Due to the complexity of the TMUA as a test, it cannot be prepared for adequately in a day or two. We’ve found, through years of research and preparing students for the TMUA, that preparing over a longer period of time is a much more effective way of embedding the knowledge needed to perform on the day and ultimately score highly in the TMUA.
