FAQs

Got some questions about the Oxbridge Engineering Programme? You might just find the answer here. If not, you can always reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help!

The ESAT is required by Cambridge, whereas the PAT is required by Oxford.

Both are two-hour-long exams covering Maths and Physics.

The main difference is that the ESAT is entirely multiple-choice, whereas the PAT has some longer-form questions – though there is no essay.

Additionally, the PAT allows you to use calculators.

The ESAT and PAT Academies offers all the content of a traditional course in a single, easy-to-use online package. Most of our students can get through the course in two weeks, it is possible to do it quicker but do not rush through it.

With the Ultimate PAT Collection, you will have three books in one with The Ultimate PAT GuidePAT Practice Papers, and PAT Worked Solutions.
