Thanks for booking with UniAdmissions. Due to the file encryption methods we use, some software/device combinations may not be able to open the files. However, there is a guaranteed method by which you can ensure they do so. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the files from Dropbox to your Desktop (don’t try to view them online via dropbox)

Step 2: Go to your desktop and then open the files using Adobe Acrobat Reader – you can download a free copy from https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader. Don’t open the files from the downloads folder or from the bottom bar of your browser.

Step 3:  If that doesn’t work, try opening the files on another device e.g. laptop, tablet, phone.
